Returns

Unopened & Unused Products

  • We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

  • To start a return, please contact us at returns@elmoregold.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

Opened or Used Products

  • Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.


Refunds

Refunds will only be processed for items that meet the return requirements outlined above.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exclusions

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at returns@elmoregold.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.

  2. Clearly include the RA number on your return package.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
